Terms of Service

Muneem is an online tool for creating bills, invoices, quotations, receipts and similar documents from templates, and for keeping related records such as customers, items, payments and household expenses. It is currently free to use.

We may add, change or remove features. If we ever introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and features you already use for free will not become paid without notice.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away at the email below if you think someone else has accessed it.
• One person or business may hold more than one account, but you may not create accounts by automated means or to abuse the service.

Everything you put into Muneem (your business details, customers, items, bills, templates, files and other records) remains yours. You give us permission to store, process, display and copy it only as needed to run Muneem for you, for example to save it, show it on your devices, and produce PDFs and exports. This permission ends when your content is deleted.

You confirm that you have the right to use the information you enter, including any personal details of your customers, and that doing so does not break any law or anyone else's rights. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Muneem does the arithmetic, but you are responsible for the documents you issue. Before you send a bill, check that the details, tax rates, HSN/SAC codes, place of supply and totals are correct for your situation.

• Muneem is not tax, legal or accounting advice. If you are unsure about GST or other rules, speak to a qualified professional.
• Muneem does not currently generate government e-invoices (IRN and signed QR code) or e-way bills, and does not file returns. If your business is required to use e-invoicing or e-way bills, you must do so through the official systems.
• You are responsible for keeping copies of your records for as long as the law requires. Use the PDF, Excel and backup exports to keep your own copies.

You agree not to:

• create fake, misleading or fraudulent bills, receipts or documents, or use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around our security;
• overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or use it to send spam or malware;
• upload content you have no right to use, or that is illegal, abusive or harmful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

We work to keep Muneem running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available, fast or free of errors. We may need to pause it for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Keep your own copies of important documents.

You can stop using Muneem at any time. To close your account and delete your data, email vishalkr6604@gmail.com from the address on your account. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop offering the service. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and time to export your data first.

The Muneem software, design, name and logo belong to us. You may use them only to use the service as intended. The built-in templates are provided for you to use and adapt for your own documents.

Muneem is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises, express or implied, that it will meet your needs, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that calculations will be suitable for every legal or tax requirement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of Muneem. Because the service is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim relating to it is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

If someone makes a claim against us because of documents you issued, content you entered, or your breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from that claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Muneem after that, you accept the updated terms.
